  • Credit Cards

    We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
  • Didn't Receive A Tracking Number

    If the carrier's website doesn't show any results for your tracking number, or if you haven't received a tracking number at all, don't worry, our team will have access to your package information and you can contact us to find out where your order is. We know that shipping can be stressful - so let us take the worry out of it for you!
  • How Do I Track My Order?

    When your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking link. This link will take you to your order's unique tracking page, which is your first port of call to find information such as where your order came from, which carrier it arrived with, when it was picked up, how many items it contains and its current status. There should be helpful hints on the carrier's website to let you know what the current status of your order is.
  • Order Acceptance Policy

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LovelyPooPoo reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
  • Multiple Product Orders

    For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
  • How Do I Track My Order?

    When your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking link.     POOPOO Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “POOPOO", “we" or “us") respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use or access our website, our branded pages on social media services, or any of the other sites, services, features, content, applications and products we offer in the United States. It also describes your privacy rights and choices.
    We are constantly trying to improve, and we may revise this Privacy Notice from time to time in connection with any such improvements, to reflect changes in the law, our practices or for other reasons and update the date of this Privacy Notice. If you use the website after any changes to the Privacy Notice have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes.

    The information, including personal information, that we collect from or about you may include:

    We collect information that you provide voluntarily, for example when placing an online order through our website, registering a product, contacting us with a question or comment, and participating in marketing activities (e.g., surveys, promotions, events or signing up to receive emails about our company and products).     You may choose to provide information to a third party through with you access or interact with our website. Third parties may include service providers, social networks connected to our website, and advertising partners. Examples of information collected may include identifiers including your user ID and user name associated with that third party, as well as any information you make public using that third party. We may also collect information you have authorized the third party to share with us (such as your user ID, billing information, public profile information, email address, birthday, pages you have “liked" and other account and profile data).

    We use the information we collect from or about you to provide and improve the services, products, and experiences you receive from us, such as:

    Service providers.

    POOPOO may share information collected from or about you with companies that provide services to us, including shipping and logistics companies, name and address verification providers, ad networks, security and fraud prevention providers, hosting and other technology and communications providers, analytics providers, market research providers, marketing service providers, email distribution companies, customer relationship management service providers and staff augmentation and contract personnel. The categories of information that we share with service providers will vary depending on the types of services they provide. For example, we share payment information with our third party payment processor to assist us in our billing efforts, email addresses with our marketing service providers to assist with our email campaigns, and IP address, hashed emails, and advertising identifiers with service providers to assist in our advertising and marketing efforts.

    Business transfers.

    POOPOO reserves the right to transfer all of your information if we sell all or part of our business, make a transfer of assets, or otherwise might be involved in a change of control transaction, or in the event of bankruptcy, we may transfer information from or about you to one or more third parties as part of the transaction, including the due diligence process.

    Third parties when required by law or when necessary to protect your or our rights.

    In some instances, POOPOO, we may disclose information from or about you without providing you a choice. For example, we may disclose your information in the following ways: to protect our legal rights, including those of our affiliates or partners; to protect the safety and security of our customers and consumers or third parties; to enforce our Terms of Use; to protect against fraud; and to comply with or respond to the law or legal process or a request for cooperation by a government entity, whether or not legally required.

    Parties with your consent or when you otherwise choose to share.

    We may also share information from or about you with any party when we have your consent or when you otherwise choose to share such information. 

    Third party links

    We provide links to other websites which are not operated and controlled by us. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content of those sites or how the third parties responsible for them collect and use your personal data. We do not endorse or make any representations about third party websites.
    Third party websites usually have their own privacy policies explaining how they use and share your personal data. You should carefully review those privacy policies before you use these websites to make sure that you are happy with how your personal data is being collected and shared.


    7.Security

    The security of your information is important to us. We use a variety of physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard information in our possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, and modification. For example, we take steps to limit access to sensitive information from or about you to those POOPOO employees, agents, and contractors who have a legitimate business reason to access such information.
    Unfortunately, no measures can be guaranteed to provide 100% security, and there is always a possibility that a breach may occur.


    8.Children

    POOPOO does not sell products for purchase by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.

  • Refund policy

    lovely poo poo hopes you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, We accept the return of defective products for 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
     
    Please send the returned items to the following address: 1315 N Blue Gum St Anaheim 92806.
     
    If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund, please email us at hello@lovelypoopoo.com within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll arrange a refund. Please specify your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email) and tell us what the problem is so we can do our best to fix it for next time!
     
    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
     
    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
     
    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
     
    Notice
    1.You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
     
    2.Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
     
    3.Exception,the discounted products are final products and are non-refundable.
     
    Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
     
    If you have any issues with your return, you must contact hello@lovelypoopoo.com within 90 days after your order was first placed. We're here to help! We'll work with you to make sure everything is taken care of until you're satisfied.
     
  • All lovely poo poo Products ship for free!

    Your order may take up to 2 business days to process and may not ship until the next business day. Free Eco-friendly shipping typically arrives 3-5 business days after the order has been processed, but this ETA may vary based upon weather conditions or holidays.
     
    Please note that if your order has already been shipped and needs to be delivered to a different address (whether you simply need to change the location or have made an error in providing your address), there will be a $9.99 recall fee.

  • How we get your lovely poo poo bamboo products to you!

    Currently, lovely poo poo only ships to the continental U.S. and does not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other countries.
